Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or emotionally exhausted?
You're not alone.
Life can be messy. Anxiety can keep you awake at night. Depression can make it difficult to find motivation. Overthinking can leave you mentally exhausted. Trauma can make it difficult to move forward. Sometimes it feels like you're carrying everything on your own.
You don't have to.
I'm Wyvonne Williams, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 11 years of experience helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and stress.
My goal is not simply to help people cope. My goal is to help them understand what is keeping them stuck, develop practical tools for change, and create a life that feels meaningful and manageable again.
At Helping Hands Counseling & Wellness, I specialize in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and life stressors.
My practice primarily focuses on structured virtual therapy groups that provide education, support, accountability, and practical skills in a supportive environment. I also offer a limited number of individual therapy sessions when clinically appropriate.

I believe healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered with practical tools they can use in everyday life.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches including:
For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate Christian faith into the counseling process.
In addition to my counseling work, I am an author, speaker, and mental health advocate.
I am the creator of the I Am Not Bad Series, a children's mental health book series designed to help children better understand ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, DMDD, and Learning Differences while building confidence, coping skills, and hope.
Whether I'm leading a therapy group, speaking about mental health, or writing resources for families, my mission remains the same:
To help people feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal.
